Logan began learning with AILA when she was 16 months old. When she first began with AILA she was speaking in full sentences with a basic vocabulary understanding. She had been exposed to the alphabet and could sing her ABCs, but she could not identify the letters by shape. When she first was introduced to Mr. Goose and the gang she was immediately interested. She had not been exposed to any screens and immediately took to the toddler friendly shape and enjoyed carrying it around and dancing to the music. She would say, "I see my Animal Island," every morning at breakfast and it became a staple in our daily routine.

Her first learning session held her attention for about 7 minutes. I called the customer service team, who kindly explained the curriculum and milestones, and assured me that AILA would help develop Logan's attention span and that with time, she would be able to sit through a full session. So, we continued. Every day we would do a learning session and after 2 weeks, Logan sat through a full 15 minute session unattended! I was blown away. For a 16 month old to sit still for that long is incredible. After noting her attention growth I started picking up on other little things.

Once, after using AILA for about a month we were driving down the road and reached a stop sign. "S, O, P," Logan said. I turned around in disbelief, because to my knowledge, she had never identified letters by shape. When I checked in my parent app, sure enough, she had seen S, O, and P with AILA and had not yet done letter T.

Later that same week we were reading a book together and she pointed to a volcano and said, "v volcano." Not only could she verbalize that difficult word, but she connected it back to the early literacy lesson. I have more examples than I can count of the little moments that I clearly knew that Logan was learning with AILA.

Now, at three years old, Logan just had a check-up. Not only is she ahead of every milestone, but she has already learned all of the concepts on the kindergarten assessment test! We have moved on to AILA Play & Learn level Goose and she is thriving with her letter tracing! Logan is absolutely ahead in every cognitive level and I attribute a great deal of her success to her time with AILA.
